A few years ago, Greg Hackett borrowed a 5D to film his friend’s quest to ride a bicycle 100mph whilst behind an old Ford Zephyr. A month later, the film had clocked up over 2 million views & was covered by major news outlets across the world picking up a Vimeo Staff Pick along the way. 

With strong attention to the detail of storytelling and an identifiable taste for composition, Greg has directed and written TV commercials and branded content for clients such as Nike, Philips, Sony, Cartier, National Geographic and the New York Times. Most recently, ’The Longest Night’ for Philips was awarded ‘Best Brand Film of the Year’ at the Campaign and PR Week Award Festival. Additionally, Sony ‘TKO’ has picked up Gold Awards at the British Arrows and Ciclope Craft Festival.
